I have looked at my hands and thought about how God wants His power to flow through them to heal sick people. I ask Him daily to use me as unto an empty vessel to do his will.
I have laid hands on the sick several times before, some whom were gravely ill. The last time that I laid hands on the sick was last week Saturday at SWAT. There was a lady who was a believer who recently had major back surgery and she asked us to pray for both healing and a place to live. I released my faith with hers, laying hands on her and believing. I am standing on the Word of God that she is healed and not sick.
If I interviewed the people I have laid hands on in the past, I would say that 90% of them eventually got well. The remaining 10% may have received their healing, but eventually became sick again. Yes, I’ve stopped and thought back that their recovery may have been due to the power that was deposited into their bodies when I laid hands on them. I am a believer and believe the Word of God is true and when I lay hands on the sick they shall recover. The Lord redeemed us from sickness just as much as He redeemed us from sin.
