Sister, Denise DonadelleKeymasterBlessings to all, this is our last forum for this class, The Faith of God. It was great to impart and feed your spirits over the past weeks. I trust that your faith has increased and you have gotten rid of unbelief in your lives in order that mighty works of God have started to move in your and your family lives. Be great in 2016.

RhondaParticipantI used my faith through intercessory prayer to stand in the gap for the person I invited to church. The best gift we can give to someone else is the power of prayer. I was believing for strength and knowledge of God’s love in his life.
I would pray the following prayer by Kenneth Copeland. “Heavenly Father, I cease not to pray for ____________________, that You may grant him a spirit of wisdom and revelation and insight into mysteries and secrets in the deep and intimate knowledge of You, having the eyes of his heart flooded with light so that he can know and understand the hope to which You have called him and to know how rich Your glorious inheritance is in the saints.”
I stood on Ephesians 3:16-19 KJV which says, “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”
I prayed for him every time I thought about him and called regularly to encourage him with the Word of God and share scriptures for him to stand on. I set aside time during my daily prayer time to lift him up in pray. He now attends church regularly and he has restored his relationship and faith in God and for that I am forever grateful.

Monica HarriganParticipantRhonda, that is awesome that the person you invited not only accepted your invitation but now attends on a regular basis and his relationship with God has been restored. It is important that we become “fishers of men” and can sow seeds in the hearts of the lost or back slidden person.

Marita SmithParticipantYes Rhonda the word of God says for us not to cease praying, because there is power in prayer. Prayer changes things and God answers prayers. Yes, prayer is very essential in our every day lives, in prayer is where we commune with God, spend time with him, and listen to him.

Lilly ChalwellParticipantHow did I get my target person to church — by Faith? I first found the scriptures that line up with my intercession. Trusting that God would use me to bring this one person to church. I put God’s great commission to work. Luke 14:23 And the Lord said unto the servant go out into the highways and hedges and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. During that time, I met a friend. I thought, yes great; I can make him my target person. We exchange number for keeping in touch. One day I called him to invite him to go to church. He was receptive to the offer. However, I had a wedding party to do that Sunday, and he didn’t want to attend alone. But he confirmed that he would attend old years service. Still standing on the word, 2Peter 3:9b. Not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. However, I would call, or he would call, and I would start talking about the goodness of God, not forgetting that I’m still praying for him using our conversion as a tool to help soften his heart.
I would pray the Ephesians 1:17-19 prayer daily on his behalf — that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto _____________________ the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. The eyes of _______________________ understanding being enlightened, that he may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. I pray that the Lord would soften his heart to receive the word that can save his soul.
Happily, he attended the old year service and was enlighten. He promised to revisit. He kelp his word and came to the Faith Explosion services, both of them. I’m still thanking God for his total deliverance that the Lord would send laborers into his path that they may minister the good news of salvation to him. Paul plants Apollo water, but God gives the increase. -

Monica HarriganParticipantThe person that I selected to invite to Church required the God kind of faith. She is near and dear to me. She is like a daughter. I had her say a sinner’s prayer. “Father God, I recognize that I am a sinner. I come to you asking forgiveness of my sins. I confess in my heart and speak with my mouth that Jesus Christ is your son and he died on the cross for my sins. I confess Jesus as Lord of my heart, my soul and my life. I accept Jesus as my personal savior and I praise you for making a way for me. I declare by the blood of Jesus that I am saved. I invite you into my life Lord and I pray you continue to reveal your love to me by your Holy Spirit. I ask you to have your way with my life. I thank you for the new creation you have made me. In Jesus Name, Amen ”
I continued to use great faith and also gave her scriptures to read which included Romans 10:5 and Romans 6:23; “If you declare with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
However, the Friday night before Church she went into labor and was unable to attend.
I have submitted her name in our prayer basket asking for laborers to cross her path that would continue to minister to her regarding her salvation. I still communicate with her and visit her from time to time, as well as standing in the gap for her that the scales of blindness can be removed from her eyes and her heart enlightened with the knowledge and truth about Christ.

Donna RileyParticipantI must admit, this assignment was intimidating and a bit scary. You see when I started thinking of who to ask, the only faces that came to me were the people I worked with on Coki Beach. Now the people on Coki are extremely money conscious. You could say they are of the 7th Day Coki Beach Church. Also, there is a distance between us mainly because of my beliefs. So I immediately turned to Holy Spirit and asked Him to tell me who He would like me to approach. It was a few days before I approached the person He sent me to. I used the time to pray for boldness and to ask Holy Spirit to put the correct words in my mouth. I believed the Word in Ephesians 6:19 which said “And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel….” I approached the person. She had recently came out of prison for check forgery. She has a gambling problem and is always in need of finances. Holy Spirit told me to tell her God loves her and He will supply all her needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. I told her what God said, she smiled and said yes she would come. I did not take any chances. Knowing Satan would put obstacles in the way, I continued to pray for her, covering her with the blood of Jesus. I also asked God to please not allow any cruise ships in port on that Sunday. This I know would be a great temptation for her to back out. When I did check the schedule, God had already taken care of that obstacle. There were no cruise ship scheduled on that Sunday, Halleluiah! When the day came, something unexpected happened. It was raining heavily. I am proud to say I did not panic instead I said, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper” Isaiah 54:17 and declared her coming to church was a done deal. A few minutes later she called and told me she was ready to be picked up. Off to church we went! She gave her life to Christ and said she would be back. I will continue to pray for her and believe she will be in heaven with me.

Monica HarriganParticipantDonna, isn’t it awesome when you are equipped with the Word and stand on your faith believing that God will answer your prayer? God is always in the midst, working things out even before we ask. He knows the desires of our heart and is always willing to grant us our desires, even when we are not the beneficiary of our desire.

I chose Dahiana because I saw myself in her struggles as a single mother of two and I know the awesome difference that Jesus and having a church home has made in my life.
I used my faith in several ways to get her to church. First I prayed daily using the following scriptures:
Colossians 13:14 – Lord, I pray that Dahiana is delivered from the power of darkness and is translated into the kingdom of your dear Son.
2 Corinthians 4:4 – Lord, I pray that Dahiana not be blinded anymore. I pray that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto her.
I also, added Dahiana’s name to the prayer basket for other believers to stand in agreement with me.
Finally, I prayed for boldness according to Proverbs 28:11 – the righteous are bold as a lion and I also prayed for opportunities to share the Gospel.
God was faithful and opened doors for me to talk about Word of Faith, share the Gospel with, and minister salvation to Dahiana.
Dahiana accepted my invitation to church on December 20<sup>th</sup> but called that morning to cancel. It had rained quite a bit the previous night and that morning. One of her children was sick and she did not want to bring them out of the house in the weather.
Although she did not come to church, I thank God for her salvation and for the seeds sown and pray that the Lord send laborers across her path to continue to minister the Word.

Monica HarriganParticipantStacy, it is my prayer also that the seeds that you laid were on good ground. The harvest is plenty but the laborers are few. There shall be other laborers to water the seeds that you sown.

Stacy GregoireParticipantMonica, the person you targeted has at least one child and my person has two. I don’t even want to think about where my children would be without the relationship that they individually have with Christ. They know who He is and that He loves them. I, like you continue to stand in the gap and pray for these women and their children.

Monica HarriganParticipantStacy, this was actually her SIXTH child. That was one of my reasons for selecting her. Every opportunity that the Lord affords me I mention His greatness in my life. I know her from when she was about 10yrs of age. She knows the old and new me. Only God could have brought me this far and I would like for her to know, if he’ll do it for me….he’ll do it for her too.

Marita SmithParticipantI used my faith to bring my target person to church by interceding and making supplication on her behalf. I stood on Luke 10:2 that the Lord of the harvest will send forth the laborers into his harvest to minister the good news of salvation unto her, that she would be set free and be delivered out of darkness and be transformed into his marvelous light; for who the son hath set free is free indeed.
I stood on Luke 4:18 that Jesus was sent to preach the gospel to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, and to preach deliverance to the captives. I also used my faith by standing on Ephesians 3:17-19 that Christ may dwell in her heart by faith; that she. being rooted and grounded in love, may be to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth and height; and for her to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that she may be filled with all the fullness of God.
I already knew who my target was, I got confirmation from the Holy Spirit, the next day he send her right in my office, I didn’t hesitated; I invited her to church I told her the date and time, and she accepted. whenever I would see her I would remind her, I got her phone number and I called her on Saturday evening, I told her its tomorrow you are coming to church as my guest. I give her the directions to the church.
I called her again 6:30am Sunday morning, I asked her if she was clear on the directions to the church; she said yes. I said I would be looking out for you, and I would be standing at the entrance to the church so I wouldn’t miss you. Sure enough she came, I let her sit next to me. After service I asked her if she enjoyed the service? she said yes, so much so that she said she would like to join the church I said praise the Lord. I then introduced her to both Minister Walker and Minister Abbott and she expressed the same sentiments to them that she would like to join the church.
Unfortunately she hasn’t come back, but I believe God is still working on her, and I’m not giving up hope. She spoke it and I believe she shall have what she say.
As believers we are commissioned by God to go out into the world and preach the gospel, the good news to others (John 15:16) letting them know what God has done for us, how good he is, and he would do the same for them, that they don’t have to a defeated life; because everything that they need to live a life of victory is in Jesus and what he has done for us.

Sister, Denise DonadelleKeymasterBlessings to my Ladies of Faith walking, faith talking and faith believers. Praying without ceasing will continue to stir up your faith at all times. You all stood on scriptures by planting the seed and the Lord brought the increase even if they did not physically come to church on the Sunday. Believe that the Lord will continue to water the seed that you have planted and the fruit will come forth. Mark 9: 23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Another scripture that you can use to stand for friends and love ones is Acts 26: 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
